The Addiction Monitoring Program (AMP) is designed not only to increase an individuals’ success at remaining sober, but to allow families and loved ones the opportunity to rebuild relationships. AMP has established a “circle of recovery” which includes family, therapist, sponsor and house managers. Relapse occurs before the first drop of alcohol /drug is induced into the body. Behaviors, attitudes and actions can signal a relapse. AMP aids in preventing relapse by implementing a network of support.
Program Outline
Each member enrolled in AMP is assigned a recovery advocate. The role of the advocate is to insure the client will achieve long-term sobriety. There are random alcohol/drug screenings as well as constant contact with members of the “circle of recovery.” At the end of each month, respective parties will receive a report detailing meeting, sponsorship, and step work and drug test results. This report will include all of the clients’ activities for the prior month.
How it Works
Recovery advocates will meet and/or contact clients at a minimum of twice a week. Family members, sponsors, house managers and other parties will be contacted once a week. All parties have access to their recovery advocate on an as needed basis. Our program is used by residents in sober home as well as those that need extra support during early recovery.
Pricing
The cost is $250.00 per month for individuals living in Eudaimonia Recovery Homes. There is opportunity for non residents of our homes to enroll in AMP. We have a 6 month program as well as 12 months.
